Ich habe ja vor einiger Zeit mit anderen die Anon1984 UG gegruendet (bietet Anonymisierungs- und Sicherheitsloesungen an).

Wir haben noch auf die Eintragung im Handelsregister gewartet, was Ende April 2009 geschah. Kurz darauf schickte mir eine dubiose Firma eine "Rechnung ueber die Eintragung" (bei genauem Hinsehen ist es ein Angebot ueber die Eintragung in einem nutzlosen Onlineregister).

Kostenpunkt: ~500 EUR.

Was mich am meisten beunruhigt: der Brief kostet mit Erstellung und Versand ca einen Euro. D.h. die Quote der Bezahler ist >1/500, sonst wuerde sich das ja nicht rechnen...
